• Simple syrup
• Cucumber slices

Muddle cucumber with syrup and lemon juice. Add spirits.  Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with floating cucumber wheel.

MOJITO DE VALENCIA

• Flor de Caña 4 Blanco
• Simple syrup
• Fresh lime
• Sprigs of fresh mint
• Club Soda

Muddle mint leaves, lime juice and syrup. Add rum. Shake and pour into a Collins glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with remaining mint sprig.

• Fresh lime juice
• Simple syrup
• Tangerine wedges
• Muddles tangerine with lime juice and simple syrup

Add vodka, shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Muddle blueberries with simple syrup, Pom and lemon juice. Add Veev. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a thyme sprig.
